This site contains information about the Sherrill and Betsill Buildings and the services provided by the Lincoln Harris property management team.
Betsill Building History
The Betsill Building was named for George S. Betsill, a nationally renowned landscape architect who has worked with the Bissell Companies for over thirty (30) years. Most recently, he has been heavily involved in every aspect of planning the landscaping in Ballantyne Corporate Park. Mr Betsill is known for his creative mind, unparalleled sense of humor with a touch that continues daily to enhance our surroundings. George Betsill was willing to go above and beyond and his years of service have been recognized by naming the building after him.
The Betsill Building was constructed in 2006. The six story office building in the Ballantyne Corporate Park is a natural fit among the residential, retail and recreational amenities. The building is located in the heart of the Ballantyne Business District.
Sherrill Building History
T.A. Sherrill Construction was an integral part of the team working for the Bissell Companies and the Harris families for many years developing the office parks and neighborhoods near South Park and Quail Hollow. Mr. Sherrill was ready to do what ever was needed to get the job done and his many years of service have been recognized by the naming of the Sherrill building after him.
The Sherrill Building was constructed in 2007. The six story office building also in the Ballantyne Corporate Park is a mirror image of the Betsill Building. The first floor houses a conferencing facility, training facility and “Outtakes” a food service with indoor and outdoor café style seating area.
