The roadwork on Ballantyne Commons and Ballantyne Corporate continues. Storm drainage and utility work is progressing. The work in the median of Ballantyne Commons is projected to complete by mid January. The winter weather has and will continue to impact the schedule. If you have any questions please let us know.

Sherrill Building offers Outtakes, a 'Grab and Go' restaurant on the 1st floor of the building. The facility is managed and operated by the Compass Group and the menu will be published and updated on this website weekly. Outtakes offers a hot breakfast bar, an assortment of bagels, breads and muffins, a hot lunch bar, and hot/cold sandwiches. Outtakes has recently added Starbucks Coffee and Tea selections for your enjoyment.

A Cleaner Image Dry Cleaning Pick-up and-Drop off Service at Sherrill and Betsill
A Cleaner Image is offering NEW clients 30% off their first dry cleaning service pick-up. Existing clients will receive 15% off your next pick up too! A Cleaner Image will pick-up on Tuesdays and drop off on Thursdays. If you are interested in signing up for the service, contact Ricky Ferguson at (704) 488-8116 with A Cleaner Image, give him your building and floor information, a credit card is needed prior to using the service.
How it Works: Bags and receipts are provided in the associate hub closets, please have all garments ready for pick-up by 10:00 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Day Cleaning and Centralized Trash
Bank of America-South Campus continues to be the pioneer of our sustainable efforts and greener operations.
As part of this commitment, the following changes will help us further our progress towards an environmentally sustainable workplace and provide the greatest benefit to our bottom-line:
Introduced to the Sherrill and Betsill buildings on November 9th.
Cleaning should occur the same time each day, allowing you the opportunity to know when your workspace will be cleaned. Every effort will be made to minimize interruptions associated with day cleaning. For example, low noise vacuums and green cleaning supplies will be used to ensure minimal impact to your work day.
Individual trash bins will be removed from work stations and enclosed offices and will be replaced by larger bins centrally located throughout the floor. Recall (confidential recycling) bins will not be affected by centralized trash and will remain in place. Floor plans showing the locations of trash bins on your floor will be posted in the pantries for each floor beginning next week. Trash bins in pantries, mailrooms and HUB’s will not be affected.

Sherrill / Betsill Blood Drive

Ballantyne Corporate Park

The Golf Club at Ballantyne will reopen tomorrow, September 2, after completing a major greens renovation project. The bent grass on all 18 greens has been replaced with Champion Ultra Dwarf grass.
“The Champion grass is used at several courses that hold PGA Tour events and offers a much more resilient putting surface throughout the year than the bent grass which often struggles in the southeastern climate,” says Woody Allen , director of golf at The Golf Club at Ballantyne. “During the conversion we were surprised at the number of inquiries we received from professionals at prominent courses in the region who want to monitor the results. The Champion grass has been used for over a decade now in hot and warm weather climates and provides an outstanding putting surface.”
The Golf Shop will be open from 7:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 7:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. Friday through Sunday.
