Welcome
On behalf of Lincoln Harris, welcome to the Betsill and Sherrill Buildings! We are excited to be a part of the continued growth of Bank of America.
Betsill Building History
The Betsill Building is being named for George S. Betsill, a nationally renowned landscape architect who has worked with the Bissell Companies for over thirty (30) years. Most recently, he has been heavily involved in every aspect of planning the landscaping in Ballantyne Corporate Park. Mr Betsill was known for his creative mind, unparalleled sense of humor with a touch that continues daily to enhance our surroundings. George Betsill was willing to go above and beyond and his years of service have been recognized by naming the building after him.
The Betsill Building was constructed in 2006. The six story office building in the Ballantyne Corporate Park is a natural fit among the residential, retail and recreational amenities. The Betsill Building contains approximately 140,000 rentable square feet. The building is located in the heart of the Ballantyne Business District.
Sherrill Building History
