Emergencies

In case of any type of emergency, dial 9-911 first and inform the dispatcher the nature of the emergency and all pertinent information required for an adequate response (i.e. who, what, where, etc.).

After speaking with 911, immediately notify building security at Sherrill: (704) 919-4100 or Betsill: (980) 275-6100 so they can respond to the incident and ensure that they can effectively assist police, fire, or medic when they arrive at the facility in a timely manner.

Remember... seconds may count in saving a life!

Building Security

Occupant Emergency Guide: An emergency pamphlet that details routes and how to respond to various emergencies was provided to each associate upon move in. If you do not have one contact the property management at 704-887-4715. A full training class will be given to the T-reps and E-reps to discuss emergency training procedures which will be passed along to all associates. At least once a year there will be a mandatory emergency evacuation drill conducted.
