Work Request Information

Bank of America Associates:

The My Facility site allows clients to submit online service requests for property related maintenance and service needs including electrical, HVAC, janitorial, lighting, door locks & keys, moves, pest control, plumbing, landscaping, furniture repairs, signage and waste removal requests.

  • To place a work order, visit The Bank of America Solutions Center at https://bankofamerica.thepsc.com/
  • Bank of America Associates may use the Simplified Sign-On to access the site by clicking the appropriate button and entering their Standard ID and Password, or they may create a User Name and Password.
  • New Bank of America or legacy Merrill Lynch associate users can register a User Name and Password to access the self service application website by doing the following:
  • Click on the “Register” button on the left side of the webpage, fill out the New User Registration Form for your specific property, and click “Create User”.
  • After logging on, associates should select their location from the drop down menu located on the top left corner of the screen. If you need to add a location, click the “Add Location” button below the My Facility Requests section of the page.
  • To make a new request, click on the “New” tab and fill out all required fields. You will need to indicate the problem location (ie., hall, lobby, north or south side), floor, and select the problem from the Common Problem menu. Enter a more detailed description in the available box.
  • Then click “Submit” to submit the request and generate a request number for your reference.
  • You may search for previous requests to garner status updates and other information by clicking the “Search” tab and filtering by service request number, open or closed condition, or created date.
  • You may also use the “Quick Search” application by typing in a specific request number and clicking the “Go” button.

If your work request is an emergency, or if you need to escalate an existing request to emergency status, please call (800) 698-4400. All NORMAL requests should be submitted online by following the aforementioned instructions.
